1.Human Resource Management System

  • Linkage to Lean & Productivity Measures (Key Performance Indicator)

2.Environmental Management System

  • Establish a certified Environment Management System (ISO14001:2004)
  • Set up policy and KPI for waste management, energy management, air emission, hazardous chemicals as the basis for annual targets.
  • Collect and analyze energy consumption information. Develop action plan for the implementation of suitable practices to save energy.

3.Health & Safety Management System

  • Establish a certified Health and safety Management System (OHSAS 18001:1999)
